How to Wear Denim Shorts in the Autumn

Tyto kraťasy jsem našla mezi starým oblečením, které již nenosím. Akorát že od doby, kdy jsem oblečení odložila na dno skříně se lecos změnilo a já nemohla odolat snaze přijít na to, jak by šlo nosit tyto džínové kraťasy i na podzim. 

I found these denim shorts among an old clothes, which I don't wear anymore. But since I put them on the bottom of the wardrobe a lot has changed and I could not resist the urge to find the way how to wear these shorts in autumn.

Džínové kraťasy normálně nenosím ani v létě, kdy dávám větší přednost sukním, ve kterých se cítím lépe. Nicméně tyto kraťasy mne uchvátily svým trochu retro střihem a rozhodla jsem se to zkusit v kombinaci s tmavými punčochami. Chtěla jsem je posunout do trochu jiné kategorie, než "ideální oblečení na fesťák", proto jsem zvolila trochu méně "běhací" kombinaci s krátkým sáčkem a rolákem - tyhle džínové kraťasy samy o sobě odhalují dost. Přidala jsem sportovní boty na podpatku, romantický přívěsek ve tvaru srdíčka a pásek s květinovým vzorem a myslím, že se mi povedlo vytvořit zajímavý hybrid model - ani prudce elegantní, ani příliš rozevlátý. Ani do kanclu, ani na fesťák. Teď ještě vymyslet, kam si to obléct :) Kam by jsi v tom šla ty? A nosila bys vůbec takovéhle džínové kraťasy na podzim?

I usually don't wear such a short denim shorts. Not even in the summer when I prefer skirts more. However i fell in love with slightly vintage cut of these jean shorts and decided to give it a try in combination with dark tights. And I wanted to move the denim shorts out of the "ideal for music festival" category. Thus I went for slightly more elegant combination with the short blazer and black turtle neck as these shorts show enough of skin (even though in tights, but still). I added casual shoes, heart shaped pendant and belt with floral print. I think I created an interesting hybrid model - not extremely elegant, not extremely casual. Not suitable for office, but not even for the music festival. Now I have to found out where should I wear it :) Where would you wear it? And would you wear denim shorts in the autumn?
